The arms and shoulders will be exposed when the leather jacket is off the character, the character will be wearing a tank top over a sports bra otherwise, the head is still base geometry based on stop staring.

Looks good man, but I would suggest blocking in the rest of her before going any further with the sculpt. That way you can see and balance all your shapes together before committing too much to certain areas. Again, it doesn't need to be final looking or final topology by any means, just basically mass and shapes to see the character develop. And I am talking everything. props and all!
